Sales Manager

What will be included in your responsibilities:

  • Strategic and tactical business development;
  • Development and implementation of a product promotion program;
  • Implementation of marketing policy;
  • Direct participation in communication with partners and suppliers;
  • Participation in important negotiations;
  • Planning the work of the department (ideology, goals, objectives);
  • Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan;
  • Management of department specialists;
  • Team development;

Profile of a successful candidate:

  • Higher education (preferably economics, finance, management).
    A candidate with a Western education will have an advantage;
  • Experience in sales management from 3-5 years;
  • Experience in active sales
  • Confident PC user;
  • Fluent in Russian and English;
  • Knowledge of customer specifics and product promotion;
  • Experience in managing a sales team;
  • Responsibility, integrity, punctuality;
