Sales Manager
What will be included in your responsibilities:
- Strategic and tactical business development;
- Development and implementation of a product promotion program;
- Implementation of marketing policy;
- Direct participation in communication with partners and suppliers;
- Participation in important negotiations;
- Planning the work of the department (ideology, goals, objectives);
- Ensuring the fulfillment of the sales plan;
- Management of department specialists;
- Team development;
Profile of a successful candidate:
- Higher education (preferably economics, finance, management).
A candidate with a Western education will have an advantage;
- Experience in sales management from 3-5 years;
- Experience in active sales
- Confident PC user;
- Fluent in Russian and English;
- Knowledge of customer specifics and product promotion;
- Experience in managing a sales team;
- Responsibility, integrity, punctuality;
